Ombudsman's request on reviewing the constitutionality of Article 10b of the Aliens Act

According to the Court news,

On the request of the Ombudsman, the Constitutional Court decided on the constitutionality of the second, third and fourth sentences of the second paragraph and of the third paragraph of Article 10b of the Aliens Act. The impugned provisions governed the specific legal regime of persons expressing their intention to file an application for international protection at a time when the migration situation was changing. The Constitutional Court assessed the impugned legal provisions in terms of compliance with the principle of non-refoulement (Article 18 of the Constitution).
