M. Hossain v OFPRA (Office Français de Protection des Réfugiés et Apatrides)
FR: Withdrawal of protection does not apply for a refugee who relates to Bangladesh authorities through his wife
The court does not apply the cessation clause to a Bengali refugee because the circumstances in which he was granted a new driving license (requested by his wife) by the Bangladeshi authorities, does not allow to characterize it as an act of allegiance towards the Bangladeshi authorities.
